With more than a decade of experience in education, leadership development and school improvement, Princess has established herself as a trusted voice at the intersection of safeguarding, educational innovation, professional development and emerging technologies. Her work has supported schools, educators, education organisations and policymakers in strengthening educational outcomes while creating environments where children can learn, thrive and be protected.

She is the Founder and CEO of Onkar Consult, an education consultancy focused on capacity building, school improvement and professional learning, and the Co-Founder of Safeticha, Africa's leading AI-powered school management platform. Under her leadership, Safeticha has become one of the continent's most recognised edtech initiatives, supporting schools and organisations to improve teaching and learning through technology.

Safeticha was recognised by the World Bank as one of the Top 100 Female-Led Businesses in Africa, highlighting the organisation's impact and innovation in addressing one of education's most critical challenges: safeguarding children and young people.

Throughout her career, Princess has consulted for and supported more than 1,000 schools and educational institutions and trained over 3,000 educators, school leaders and safeguarding professionals across multiple countries. Her expertise spans safeguarding and child protection, school leadership, teacher development, educational technology, governance, policy implementation and organisational capacity building.
